The Knowledge & Tools Your Teachers Need to Create Greater Peace, Focus & Unity in their Classrooms
The One Breath Syllabus:
One Hour per Week
Three Weeks per Month
All School Year Long
THE TEACHER: The first half of class we teach teachers how to regulate their own nervous systems in ways that show them how to simmer into calm, how to center themselves by choice and to energize their mind before class. Ways to cultivate balance that translates into how they teach and a series of other state changes over a year of guidance. This class becomes an outlet for teachers when they are struggling with burnout, needing a regenerative outlet that keeps on giving to them all year long.
THE STUDENTS: The second half of class we share techniques for practical classroom applications. Once a teacher knows how to apply the Life Force Mastery conscious breathing tools for themselves, they have a clearer, visceral understanding of how to share it with students. All with the guidance, teachings, wisdom and support of the Omibreath School faculty.
Ending with Q&A: The final key is giving teachers a way to report what is working in their classrooms. After the hour of instruction and experiencing new techniques, we open the mic in the second hour to create a benefit loop. Hearing how teachers are successfully working with the tools and fielding questions around real life classroom scenarios to enrich everyone, continuously verifying the potency of the practices being shared.
We will teach your teachers the tools they need to regulate their nervous systems first and then teach them how to share conscious breathing tools with their students.

Introducing the
One Breath Symbol:
A Teaching Tool, Symbol & Emoji
Symbols and language are formed by how people use them.
Imagine for a moment a world in which a teacher holds up a symbol that invites a classroom of students to take a conscious breath or a few conscious breaths.
The energy in the space calms, focus or ease or both come together in the invited silence.
New levels of presence are born in students
and as the rest of the students follow the cool kids (the first ones to try it),
soon the whole class is using this new tool/activity and it becomes fun, inspiring students and teachers to feel good while giving teachers back a level of permission to skillfully keep attention and center the class over and over again.
